AUTONOMOUS PARALLEL PARKING RC CAR

The project and implimentation aims at creating an RC Car that can identify a parking space and parallel park by itself. a parking space to the right of the car is automatically detected by the car using the distance sensor. the car checks to see whether that space is large enough to park in, once the space has been found by the car. The process of parallel parking into that space will begin once the car has determined that enough space is available. The sensors placed on the front, right, and rear of the car give input to the car to guide the car. The car will remain in its position until the car is reset.
The two major components of the car are:
the control system
all the hardware and its associated software is contained in this system. The parking and parking detection algorithms are interfaced with the control unit.
move car algorithm
The algorithm to detect the parking space and parallel parking algorithms are contained in this unit.
