Digitization of cultural heritage becomes an important requisite for remote co-operation, education and tourism between art institutes, museums and the general public since the 90â„¢s. Based on the demand to access the scattered collections from the Netherlands Institute for Cultural Heritage and Media Art Institute, we designed and implemented a digital dossier in 3D environment to present media-rich collections together with the artwork related information preservation and re-installations. In this paper, we describe the digital dossier in two generations by providing user scenarios.
