The project and implimentation titled ËœLABOR PROFILE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMâ„¢ aims at collecting information about the civil workers. The main objective of this project and implimentation work is to retain information of all the labors of the company, to record attendance of the workers on daily basis and to calculate the salary on weekly basis. This system is created to monitor all the workers in time and out time and total shift they worked.
This project and implimentation has three modules like Labor, Attendance and Salary. In Labor module, the end-user login using username and password provided. The complete details of the workers are entered and maintained in the database. This module provides information about the worker name, the person who refers the worker, experience in construction work, salary grade. Permanent / temporary workers are identified. Personal information of the worker like address, contact number, status, weight, height and family details are also gathered and maintained along with the photographs of the workers. Finally, it is possible to view all/individual details of the workers through view option.
In attendance module, the daily attendance of the labor is entered. The relevant time in and time out will be stored in the database. The total shift is entered and the salary is calculated daily and stored. Also, any extra shift done by the worker will be updated simultaneously in the previous record. The building for which the labor work is also maintained. Finally, in the third module, the salary of each labor is calculated based on the attendance details and the number of shifts worked. The salary is provided in a weekly basis from Thursday to Thursday and the reports are generated.

Welfare means fairing or doing well. It is a comprehensive terms and refers to the physical to the physical, mental, moral and emotional well being of an individual.
Labour welfare also referred to as betterment work for employees, relates to taking care of the well being of workers by employers trade union and government and non-governmental agencies. It is rather difficult to define the term labour welfare precisely because of the relativity of the concept reported.
We can add to the list of labour welfare provisions a number of items of varying nature such as working hours, uniform, house keeping allowance, families, medical allowance, insurance scheme, travel allowance etc.,In large scale industries are industrialization as cause a big gap between labour and the management, very difficult to understand each other in modern industries where large number employees are employed it is not possible for the employer to keep personal contact with all workers.
One thing is very common by observed in the corporate sector everybody wants a good boss, but very few are comfortable with an excellent subordinates.
But the fact is neither realized but nor accepted by manager that their success greatly depends on the quality, caliber, contribution and commitment of their subordinates.

The research activity has collected information from both the sources i.e., Primary and Secondary data.
The Primary data is collected from the managers, and staff of the branch. Primary data is also collected by administering questionnaires to the customers (borrowers) of the company. The data is also collected through periodical report and annual report of HPF company.
The Secondary data is collected from bank websites, Journals, books, Internet and published material of the subject from the various sources of publication i.e., Bulletin, annual reports of the company, Southern Economics.
Statistical tools and techniques
Tables, charts and graphs are used to analysis exactly the condition of the company. It is used for study as tabular analysis and financial analysis for data analysis and interpretations. The functional analysis consists of frequencies and percentages; this has been mostly used in the present study.
