Tutelage Imprinter


Now a dayâ„¢s every user wants to learn anything from online. Every user is interesting in learning any course through online. User is interested not only in document format, sometimes he wants to know more about subject in the form video files. So user can get more on subject.

Tutelage Imprinter provides a web-based interface and supports tasks such as on-line registration, workflow and self service training programs. Tutelage Imprinter gives clients direct access to innovative solutions for the deployment, tracking and reporting of services company-wide or worldwide.

A web based tracking and collaboration system for Administrators & Users. The administrators can set up the details of each training programme and this information can be accessed online by Users. Administrators can monitor progress and the flow of information.

Some of the features are:

Those who want to train on their own; he has to register with this application.

This application can be used as a personal dairy of a user to store his personal information.
Authentication is provided for this application every user must enter his user id and password for logining, unauthenticated persons must be restricted.
Admin keep track on the logged information of every users, if any users put illegal or false information admin can able to delete it completely.
Admin keeps the details of each training programme
User can access the information provided by admin
Admin manages all training programme
Admin uploads files based on training programme and also some video files
User can view sample video on available programme.
User can give suggestions to the admin about new course

Existing System:

This existing system is not providing secure registration and profile management of all the users properly.
Existing system is not providing on-line Help.
Existing system is not having the facility of providing training over internet.
This system is not providing users compatible trainings.
The system is not giving particular topic wise learning feature.
The system not providing course repetition on request.

Proposed System:

The development of this new system contains the following activities, which try to automate the entire process keeping in the view of database integration approach.

This system maintains userâ„¢s personal, address, and contact details.
This system will provide on line help and search capabilities.
User friendliness is provided in the application with various controls provided by system rich user interface.
The system provides the users to learn courses in online.
The user can complete their course duration according to their feasibility.
The system providing training over the internet.
The system is giving the users to learn course on browser.
Users can request for the Courses, Topics over the internet by sending a simple mail.
The system is giving a facility for course repetitions.
The system is giving secured accessibility.

Modules Description:

Authentication and Security Module
Security & Authentication module is main module which can provide security for entire processing of the system by using username, password, login, password modifications etc.

User Module:

This Module is dealing with the functionalities of a user with the following sub modules:

a. Registration module

The employees who can use this application can provide their personal information, contact information and other information etc¦

b. Users management module

The Users can access their account information and they can view the details of their personal information and contact details. The Users can modify the personal and contact details of their in this module.

Courses Module:

This module contains the course details like content and the course information. This module has the following subfolders:

Topics Module

This module contains the topic details and we can also perform the addition and deletion of topics.

Course Request Management Module

This module contains the new courses details. The user also can watch the free trail of the course videos. They can also request for the privileges to access the course after completion also.


This module maintains all the administration activities like User management, courses information, topics information etc. The admin can add/delete/update courses or topics information.

Reports Module:

Generally all users of this system are interested in generating various reports. This module is concerned in generating the reports of their choice.
