The existing system is a manual one. When the customer wants to clear his query he personally contacts the insurance department or concerned person in the insurance department. The concerned person or department officer will clear his doubt.

The I insurance is to replace the existing manual system with a software solution.
The insurance branch wants to maintain all the customer related records in the database subject wise, to avail them to all to the administrators. And they will update the update as and when required in online.
The proposed system has one super user to control the data, appointing the administrators in each department. The administrator is responsible to maintain the costumers records,category management, policy management,doctors management.
When the customer wants to see his records , they can see the records online. Online a customer can see the insurance policy type. And moreover a customer can calculate the premium amount per month by using the premium calculator. A customer can buy insurance for themselves by paying the required amount by online payment. A customer can fill all the details like personal record and nominee details etc. Login name and password is supplied to the customer to change their own details like their communication address, mobile number etc.
A customer can change their password online.
