This is a device which is used for lifting a heavy load (up to 25 m). It is widely used in docks for loading and unloading ships, warehouses, foundry and heavy industry.
It consists of the crane and the hydraulic jigger.
The faucet has a central mast, which tie and arrow attached.
Hydraulic jigger consists of cylinder and RAM from and to which pulleys attached.
Commercials will increase the speed ratio between the cable and the RAM.
Load can be lifted and moved around the area of the crane, depending on boom length.
Load suspended cable that runs through a pulley on the end of the boom, and the thrust to the hydraulic jigger.
When the load to be lifted by crane, the fluid pressure enters the cylinder jigger; liquid makes a sliding RAM move vertically upwards.
The distance between the two pulley blocks, wire or rope is pulled out and load up.
When the liquid comes out of the cylinder, the distance between two sets of rollers is reduced, resulting in a release is greater than the length of the rope and the load gets reduced.
Lifting speed of modern hydraulic crane can be approximately 75 m per minute.
