LOAN AMORTIZER

ABSTRACT

Loan amortizer is a software that enables a lending company like citi financial, Fullerton etc to promote a transparent and secured environment in lending the loans as well as their recovery process
The loan amortizer is an on line application which fulfills all the requirements of typical finance company
The main aim of this application is to reduce the manual effort needed to manage transactions and historical data used in a finance company .

EXISTING SYSTEM :

It provides the interface to users in a graphical way to mange the daily transactions as well as historical data
By using this application the users can provide a clear picture to the customers regarding how much money is already paid and how much is still pending.
This application provides an interface to the users to view the details like the released loans and finance reports .


ADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM:

This application reduce the manual effort needed in a finance company.
It provides the interface to users in a graphical way to mange the daily transactions as well as historical data


PROPOSED SYTEM :

By extending this software it is possible to make the customer to directly view his transcations right from beginning.
It provides management reports like released loans,payments,rejected applications, submitted papers and finance report.


ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM:

This will eliminate any mischief played by any third party person
It enable the login more than one person as it is an online tool.

INTRODUCTION & OBJECTIVE

Loan Amortizer is software that enables a lending company like Citi Financials, Fullerton etc to promote a transparent and secured environment in lending the loans as well as their recovery process. The purpose is to design a system that automates the activities of a lending organization.

EXISTING SYSTEM

Current system is a manual one in which users are maintaining ledgers, books etc to store the information like Customers details, bank details, issued loans, payments, submitted papers and employee details. It is very difficult to maintain historical data. Also regular investments need to purchase stationary every year. It is difficult to maintain important information in books. More manual hours need to generate required reports. It is tedious to manage historical data which needs much space to keep all the previous years ledgers, books etc.

PROPOSED SYSTEM

Proposed system is a software application which avoids more manual hours that need to spend in record keeping and generating reports. This application keeps the data in a centralized way which is available to all the users simultaneously. It is very easy to manage historical data in database. No specific training is required for the employees to use this application. As the data is centralized it is very easy to maintain the finance report of the company.

STUDY OF THE SYSTEM

To provide flexibility to the users, the interfaces have been developed that are accessible through a browser. The GUI’S at the top level have been categorized as
1. Administrative user interface
2. The operational or generic user interface
The ‘administrative user interface’ concentrates on the consistent information that is practically, part of the organizational activities and which needs proper authentication for the data collection. These interfaces help the administrators with all the transactional states like Data insertion, Data deletion and Date updation along with the extensive data search capabilities.
The ‘operational or generic user interface’ helps the end users of the system in transactions through the existing data and required services. The operational user interface also helps the ordinary users in managing their own information in a customized manner as per the included flexibilities

Requirements Gathering stage:

The requirements gathering process takes as its input the goals identified in the high-level requirements section of the project and implimentation plan. Each goal will be refined into a set of one or more requirements. These requirements define the major functions of the intended application, define
operational data areas and reference data areas, and define the initial data entities. Major functions include critical processes to be managed, as well as mission critical inputs, outputs and reports. A user class hierarchy is developed and associated with these major functions, data areas, and data entities. Each of these definitions is termed a Requirement. Requirements are identified by unique requirement identifiers and, at minimum, contain a requirement title and
textual description.

Designing Stage:

The design stage takes as its initial input the requirements identified in the approved requirements document. For each requirement, a set of one or more design elements will be produced as a result of interviews, workshops, and/or prototype efforts. Design elements describe the desired software features in detail, and generally include functional hierarchy diagrams, screen layout diagrams, tables of business rules, business process diagrams, pseudo code, and a complete entity-relationship diagram with a full data dictionary. These design elements are intended to describe the software in sufficient detail that skilled programmers may develop the software with minimal additional input.
